We proudly use 100% Australian grown flowers and happily support our true blue Aussie farmers, which is why 90% of the flowers we use are proudly locally grown here in our region. Should any flowers in your bouquet or floral arrangement be unavailable or out of season, we will substitute it with flowers of a colour or shape, to suit the style of the product purchased. If your order has alstroemeria, lilies, etc, we may include them in bud form for maximum longevity or up to 30% open, for maximum impact.

If you have chosen one of our single variety designs, with one flower type (eg all roses, all lilies, all gladiolus, etc) and these are unavailable, we’ll be in touch to discuss a suitable substitute.

If you are ordering on Valentines Day, Mothers Day or Christmas, please be aware these are peak season, and we can not guarantee delivery by a certain time or on a certain day. We will however try our very best to get your flowers to you as soon as our couriers are able to. We also can not guarantee we will have the flowers you order available, if ordering on the same day as Valentines Day, Mothers Day or Christmas. If this happens, on any of these peak season days, we will automatically supply you with a beautiful bespoke designer/florist choice, to ensure your recipient receives flowers on the day. Vases, plush toys, hamper items and chocolates will vary from pictured items.
